Please allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching the next station.
You will receive your order in 3-15 business days from the date that it is placed.
For processing time, we may need up to 48 hours to prepare your order after placing your order. This is to make sure that your order is accurate. This processing time does not include shipping time.
You’ll be able to follow your order once tracking service is available. If your product is custom ordered or shipping from overseas, please expect a longer processing time. Refer to 17Track for tracking updates prior to it reach US customs which will then be available on USPS tracking.
To check this, all you need to do is log into your account and check "Track" under "My Orders" to follow your parcel.
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact our Customer Service for further help.
If you haven't received the shipping notification, you can cancel this order under "My Orders". Or you can contact Customer Service for assistance.
2. Cancelling an unpaid order:
An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 24 hours. Or please log into your account >> click on "My Orders" and click on the "Cancel Order" button. Your order will be cancelled.
Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we have made the returns so easy for you!
We only accept returns postmarked within 45 days from the purchase date. Use our return label to postmark your first return, we'll cover the cost of your first return shipping!
For later returns or additional returns after the first one, a fee will be deducted per return package, or you can return by using your local post office at your cost.
Note:
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email returns@brewdtea.email with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 7 days for us to process the refund. Financial institutions vary, taking between 7-14 business days for refunds to appear. If you would like us to refund the amount to your Paypal account that will take 2-7 business days.
Please contact your financial institution or PayPal if the refund has not appeared after the above timeframes.
1. The discount is applied to the original price but not sale price on the page. If the item is on sale or discounted more than the coupon discount, there might be not too much price difference after applying the coupon.
If an item is marked as "Sold Out", we suggest you check the site frequently as we are continuously restocking. However, if it does not restock within a few weeks, it is likely to be removed from our online store.
